Do I have to pay for repairs or furniture?

No. We furnish the home at our own expense, and we absorb the cost of any maintenance under $500. Larger structural or owner-responsibility items are discussed transparently, but day-to-day upkeep is entirely on us.

Is short-term rental even legal in Boise?
